what are the ear tips made of

how do I clean the earpiece properly
Carefully remove the silicone tip from the sound outlet and rinse it with clean water if necessary. Never use water on the main device; use only the included fine cleaning brush. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling them.
can I pay for the order at the door
Yes, we offer cash on delivery. You pay the exact amount in cash directly to the courier upon delivery at your door. Alternatively, you can pay for your order in advance by bank transfer.
does the courier also deliver to the third floor
Packages are delivered directly to your apartment door as standard, even to floors without an elevator. If you order on working days before 13:30, we hand over the parcel to the shipping service provider on the same day. You will then receive a tracking number for exact tracking.
how do returns work if I am not satisfied
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return unused items in their original packaging. Since some items are hygiene products, opened or worn ear tips cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the delivered goods are verifiably defective.
